1. What This Is

The Lazy Developer is an educational platform that teaches people how to build software applications using AI-assisted coding tools. The course is free. We also sell a few optional paid products, covered in section 6. The site is run by Level 5 Lifestyle Distributors Ltd, and that's who you're buying from when you buy something here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 12060823. Registered office: 25 Charville Lane West, UB10 0BY, United Kingdom. Email: enjoy@level5.life. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's totally fine — but please don't use the platform.

2. Your Account

You need an account to access course content. Keep your login details safe — we're not responsible if someone else gets into your account because your password was "password123." You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

3. The Content

All course content, tutorials, and materials on The Lazy Developer are provided for educational purposes. We do our best to keep things accurate and up-to-date, but AI tools and the tech landscape change fast — we can't guarantee everything will work identically on every setup.

The content is ours. You're welcome to learn from it, build with the techniques we teach, and share the platform with others. But please don't copy, redistribute, or resell our course materials.

4. What You Build

Anything you build using skills learned here is entirely yours. We claim zero ownership over your projects, apps, or businesses. Go build something amazing and keep all the credit (and the money).

5. Donations

The course is free. Donations are entirely optional and non-refundable. They help cover hosting costs, development time, and coffee. We appreciate every one of them, but there's zero obligation.

6. Paid Products

Alongside the free course we sell a few optional digital products, such as our security audit toolkit. Buying one never changes your access to the free lessons. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Your purchase appears in your account as soon as payment goes through.

You can use what you buy on as many of your own projects as you like. Using it on client work needs a different licence, so get in touch first. Please don't share your access or resell the materials.

Cancelling. UK and EU consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content you can open straight away, that right ends once you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand you're giving it up. Our checkout asks you to do both before you get access.

Our guarantee. The security audit toolkit comes with its own guarantee on top of your legal rights. Run the audit on your project within 7 days of buying, and when it finds nothing worth fixing, email us within those 7 days and we'll refund you in full. Other products list their guarantee, where they have one, on the product page.

Anything we sell has to work as described. When it doesn't, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, and that includes section 8.

7. Don't Be a Jerk

Don't use the platform to do anything illegal, harmful, or annoying. Don't try to hack it, scrape it, or use it in ways that could mess things up for other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

We provide this platform "as is." We're not liable for any issues that arise from using the platform or applying what you've learned. This includes but isn't limited to: bugs in your apps, deployment mishaps, or accidentally deploying to production on a Friday afternoon. That one's on you.

9. Changes

We might update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
